If you are unhappy for ANY reason, we ask that you give us the opportunity to make things right. We will refund or replace your first pair without question within the first 30 days of receiving them, shipping charges not included. For this reason, we recommend only ordering a single pair for your first time trying our products to see if SHEATH is right for you. Beyond your first trial pair, we can only exchange any unopened items for a refund or replacement. Due to sanitary reasons, if any items have been opened, even if they haven't been worn, we cannot accept them. Please keep those opened items and re-gift or donate them as you see fit. 

For returns/refunds on orders that qualified for free shipping: 
If you have tried a single pair from your order and have decided to return the remaining unopened items for a refund, we will refund you the amount paid in full minus the cost of return shipping once the unopened items have been received and inspected. Return shipping rates will be determined by location.

For longevity of our product, please wash them separately in cold water only and use a lowest dryer setting to protect the elastic and material as much as possible. If you need MORE cleaning power, you can use Vinegar for its disinfecting properties. One delicate cold vinegar cycle and then a delicate cold detergent cycle.
If you want to preserve the elastic as long as you you, line dry your underwear, so they’re not exposed to heat at all. Use an outdoor clothesline or hang them from your shower curtain rod. If the waistband is rolling or anything has torn/ripped, then you could be in the wrong size, or the material was damaged due to heat from your drier.

SHEATH stands behind our quality product and its performance 100%. We offer a 1yr Manufacturer Warranty to cover any defect in fabric, construction, finish or workmanship (this does not include stains from regular use or care and/or cigarette burns). In the event of a confirmed defect, we will gladly ship out the replacement piece at our cost. Please send a photo of the affected area and description to Only the defective items will be replaced, not the entire order.
