We will refund or replace your first pair without question within the first 30 days of receiving them, shipping charges not included.
For this reason, we recommend ordering a single pair if this is your first time trying our products to see if SHEATH is right for you. We will happily exchange any unopened items for a refund or replacement, but we have a very strict return policy for sanitary reasons. If any items have been opened, even if they haven't been worn, we cannot accept them. Please keep those opened items and re-gift or donate them as you see fit.
