Khalsa was humored because he had a partnership with fellow Chiropractor, Peter Goldman in Los Angeles and Goldman actually worked on Joe Rogan and his team at one point.  Patton finally tried it after his business group brought a chiropractor to one of their meetings and only applied pressure that couldn’t even crack an egg, it is called upper cervical method.

13:10- Intermittent hypoxia (intentional lowering of blood oxygen level) increases EPO (Erythropoietin). This shocks your body into being fully awake.

15:40- Khalsa chuckles as he says, “Wim Hof is the second coming”.

18:40- Health, Happiness and Strength are three things that you get from breathing in the cold.

25:31- Growing up in Orange County in the 70’s, Khalsa went on to attend USC which he stated had a huge drug culture.  Leaving after only one year, he went up North to University of Oregon-Eugene where he discovered psychedelics. It was an exploratory thing for him and it was somewhat spiritual, having a revelation on LSD staring at a picture of Stonehenge. What impacted him more was beginning a Kundalini Yoga practice while at the university. He later moved to Colorado at age twenty to pursue skiing and stayed at an ashram in Denver, Colorado.
