Should You Wear Underwear When You Workout?

Gym wear is a popular conversation topic these days. Beyond the conversation of yoga pants versus shorts or t-shirts compared to tanks, you have another choice to make: your underwear. It's a matter of preference, right? You may have heard some people say they don't wear underwear when they work out.

When you're working out, wearing underwear with adequate support is a must. This means going "commando" or in loose boxer shorts is out. Silk or satin underwear will rub and cause irritation.
