Big News About Our Package

At SHEATH, we are always looking for ways to do things better. That includes the underwear you wear, the experience you have with us, and even the packaging your order arrives in. You may notice our new packaging feels a little thinner than before, and we know some customers might think that means it is cheaper. But that is not the case. We made this change on purpose because the new packaging uses less material while still doing its job, which helps us cut down on unnecessary waste. 

Our new packaging is made with LDPE film, which is a lightweight and flexible material commonly used for protective packaging. One of the great things about LDPE film is that it can be recycled when it is collected and sorted properly. Since packaging materials can add up quickly, choosing something lighter and more efficient helps us reduce waste without taking away from the quality of your order. 

We are also making another small but important change inside each order. Instead of including one sizing insert with every pair, we will phase in including only one sizing insert per order. You will still get the information you need without the extra repeats. It may seem like a little thing, but when you think about how many orders go out, using less paper really does make a difference. Less waste, less clutter, same great underwear.

We know change can be noticeable, especially when it comes to something you are used to seeing from us. But this update is part of our effort to be more mindful with the materials we use and the waste we create. The packaging may feel lighter, but the reason behind it is meaningful. Same SHEATH quality, same comfortable products, just a more thoughtful way to get them to your door.
